Bespoke Hawkesbury and Hunter

Ideal for travellers who want to... learn the stories and savour the product of some of Australia's finest producers.

Overview

Beautiful waterways, fabulous produce, exceptional wines and stunning countryside – what better excuses do you need for a day out of the city to enjoy the pleasures of life?

Travel north of Sydney, and stop off at a charming waterfront village, where you’ll visit a pearl and oyster farm. And onwards to Australia’s oldest continuous wine region, home to some of the world’s finest Semillons and Shiraz, amongst many other great varietals.
