Autumn in Sydney
Sydney is the perfect place to visit during the Easter Holidays with plenty of things to keep both young and old entertained! The most popular thing to do is the Royal Easter Show – showcasing the best of Australian agriculture and country life from mid-March – and offering great fun, food and cuddles! Whether you’re up for a thrill-seeking experience, want to stroll through gourmet food stables, stack up on chocolate and show bags, want to cuddle some of the cutest and fluffiest animals or just want to have a great day out combining it all, the Easter Show is the place to be! This bustling event provides an all-day trip with entertainment at night as well, so make sure you bring plenty of time and hunger. Make sure to stop at the corn stable for some sweet corn, it’s just delicious!
For those who see themselves spending a leisure day at the beach, the Manly Beach plays host to Australia’s biggest beach volleyball competition, Volleyfest in March, so the perfect opportunity for all those sun seekers! Manly is a vibrant beachside town offering plenty of things to do for a perfect day out – stroll through boutique shops, grab a drink at one of the great pubs or waterfront venues and don’t forget to stop by the Ben & Jerry’s Ice cream shop for one of those delicious scoops of pleasure and regret! A leisure walk to Shelly Beach will offer you plenty of great views across Manly Beach and the Ocean and choose from one of the many great restaurants to stop your hunger at night!
And for those who want to prep themselves for some Easter feel, why not join a Giant Egg Hunt at the Australian Botanic Garden on 26 March 2016?
As for me, since I’m one of the worst decision-makers when it comes to my free time, I might just end up doing it all!
We’d love to see your way of spending the Easter Holiday so make sure to #Sydney Bespoke Tours or @sydneybespoketours when posting all those delicious photos of food and fun on Instagram or Facebook!
